Robb began his career at a prominent Fortune 500 retail company, where he spent 11 years on an executive leadership track before launching his own retail business. As co-founder and CEO, he led the business's growth from start-up to over 50 locations and 250 employees across five states. After a decade at the helm, he and his partner successfully transitioned the business from a direct distribution model to a dealership model, recruiting and empowering entrepreneurs to own and operate their own retail stores. Since selling that business, Robb has leveraged his extensive experience to help small to medium-sized businesses succeed, working as a consultant, coach, and trusted advisor to numerous business leaders before joining Pivotal Advisors as a Senior Consultant.

Robb and his wife, Pam, have been married for over 38 years. Together, they enjoy spending time with their family, including their two daughters, son-in-law, and two grandsons. Robb is committed to his community, contributing his time, treasure, and talents to various local and international causes. His passion for helping others and making a positive impact is evident in both his professional and personal life. Robb enjoys cooking, golf, hiking, fishing, and hunting.
