As a Sr. Advisor, Evans draws on more than 40 years of experience in sales, sales leadership, business ownership, and fractional sales leadership. He has built and led sales teams across both B2B and B2C industries, working with organizations ranging from small, privately held start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.

He brings passion and energy to every client relationship, applying a blend of strategic vision and tactical execution to help clients reach their goals and get maximum value from their engagement.

Evans prides himself on his ability to listen closely, ask the right questions to fully understand the challenges clients face in growing sales, and propose practical solutions - building the sales operating systems and processes that drive lasting results.

Education & Professional Development

Evans began his career as an educator, teaching 7^th and 8^th grade social studies. That experience taught him how to listen, present, and guide - skills that became the foundation of his successful career in sales, sales leadership, and entrepreneurship.

For 16 years, Evans served as Vice President of Sales at Omega Management Group, a Boston-based service consultancy. He built the sales organization from the ground up - hiring the company's first sales executives, establishing sales processes and strategies, and building a repeatable, scalable pipeline structure - helping the company grow from $500,000 to over $10M in annual revenue.

For the past 10 years, Evans has served as Senior Vice President of Sales at Help Lightning, helping the start-up software company achieve exponential growth in revenue and market share.

Evans also brings an entrepreneurial perspective to Pivotal Advisors, having owned two prior businesses and serving as a Series Seed Investor in Help Lightning.

Interests

Evans has been married to his wife, Liz, for over 37 years, and family remains at the center of his life. He is father to three children - two sons and a daughter - and a proud grandfather to Calvin and Ben.

An avid golfer and pickleball player, Evans can be found on the course or court most days of the week.

He and Liz also love to travel around the world, with Paris standing out as one of their favorite destinations.
